Sun City Roseville consists of 3100 homes with 24 floorplans, ranging in size from 900 to 2600 square feet, all on single family lots. Sun City Roseville is an age restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older.

Sun City Roseville is a community owned association. We are governed by an elected Board of Directors that sets policy with operating management left to a talented professional staff. SCR is unusual in that we "own and operate" our golf courses and public food service facilities. This allows SCR to help defray a portion of the cost of  providing golf and food services to residents by enjoying revenue from the public use of these services. As a result, we are very proud of the fact that we are financially sound.

Our homes come in a wide variety of styles and floorplans to suit every taste. There are five main style groups, with from three to seven floorplans in each group. (Please note that actual homes and their actual measurements may vary from these drawings.)

Fairway Point Series
These home reflect the relaxing lifestyle of the golf enthusiast. There are six floorplans for the golfer or golf watcher to choose from.

Forest Park Premiers
These homes have a Sierra Nevada style. There are five floorplans in this group, all utilising themes from this historic and naturally beautiful area.

Rosecreek Classics
More formal and traditional in style, Rose Creek models are designed with an eye to gracious living. There are three floorplans to choose from.

Sierra Casual Collection
For the modern in taste, these are floorplans for easy living. Choose from seven different floorplans.

Heritage Estates
Western traditional, these floorplans reflect the heritage of our area. There are three floorplans to choose from.

Sun City Roseville does not sell real estate.  However, there are generally a limited number of homes for resale by existing owners. We recommend those interested in considering living in our community contact a realtor who has advertised on our website.
