On July 3, 2010, Sun City Roseville celebrated a grand opening of the newly expanded Sierra Pines Community Center. This doubling of our Sierra Pines building will accommodate larger gatherings of our community's very active array of Clubs and Groups.

This expansion represents a major investment of about $1 million funded out of reserves, without an additional resident assessment. In these troubling economic times, it is reassuring to know that our Board of Directors has managed the financial affairs of our community in a prudent fashion to be able to afford this beautiful new facility.
